Zoned ME – This tract runs parallel to and east of I69. This site has excellent access with an Interchange Roundabout that exits off of I69 directly onto the property. There is also excellent visibility from I69. All utilities available. Sewer was approved for this area, along with the Monroe Hospital development. Buried fiber optic cable on the west side of the property. This land is priced at $150,000 per acre. We would prefer to sell entire tract instead of subdividing it. At its Tuesday July 11, 2023 meeting, the county council approved the issuance of an $8 million bond for the Fullerton Pike bridge/road project. The new roadway will connect Gordon Pike to Fullerton Pike and I-69. It will run from the location of the new library project westward, over the Clear Creek Trail, and connect with Fullerton Pike, which has an interchange on I-69.

The project to connect West Fullerton Pike to West Gordon Pike is finally getting started. It is expected to be complete by July 2026. It will include a traffic signal at the Fullerton Pike/Rockport road intersection; a roundabout at the Batchelor/Clear View/Gordon Pike intersection; a raised median measuring between 6 and 10 feet; a 10-foot multi-use path on the north side, a 5-foot sidewalk on the south side, and a 500-foot bridge.
